Happy New Year, Everyone!
January 02, 2007
It's the start of the new year, and the holiday season just flew by for me. This year I had far more fun, because I was able to set aside an entire week off - first time in years.
I've barely had time to reflect on this past year and look forward to the new year, though. I'm slogging through a pile of off-line deadlines and things won't let up until around mid-January.
The great news is that my sites and blogs performed better than I expected over the holidays, giving me great hope for next year's Christmas shopping season. I even made sales on sites where I had only a few pages up - that surprised me, but really gave me a good look at how 2007 could be like. If I'm diligent. If I work at this.
This year, I will be be concentrating on getting more pages with more affiliate links up, promoting my existing sites, and Adwords and other PPC traffic methods.
I'm still nowhere near doing this full-time, but I'm even more convinced than ever before that it's definitely doable!

I have found that in trying to monetize my blog that the easiest way to
build income is through referring visitors to programs that have no cost and
require minimal time and make them money. This is much more efficient than
adsense and other afiiliate programs.
(Edited to remove affiliate links and referrals.)

Happy New Year! Glad to hear you had a good holiday season. I was also surprised to see some amazon income from some sites I had not messed with in a while. Great year ahead! Look forward watching you go get 'em :)

Congrats on the good holiday season! Mine was good, too, and I have high expectations for 2007 - it seems like we're finally going to start to see what we've been building up to - I have a good feeling :)
And thank you for having me do so many new sites with your challenge.
BTW, I hope you don't mind that I used the Cutline theme on my new blog 8-O
