Free Guided Relaxation Download, Today Only

November 15, 2006

I received a few emails from people after I wrote my post on meditation helping me with feeling overwhelmed, asking me about the guided meditation CDs that I use.

I have been having great luck with Kelly Howell's Brain Sync CDs. They use brain wave entrainment therapy to get your mind into the theta state that's associated with meditation.

Today I checked in at Kelly's blog, and see that she is offering track 1 of her Guided Relaxation CD as a free download, but you must subscribe to her email list today to receive the download link. From the comments it looks like people are confused about when they will receive the download link, but if you read her post you'll see that she will be sending out the download link to subscribers tomorrow, November 16, and the link for the download will only be live until November 21.

I enjoy the Brain Sync CDs a lot and have found them very beneficial. So if you've been wanting to give meditation a try, or have been interested in theta wave therapy, and don't mind joining yet another list, check out her post here and subscribe.

I'd love to hear about your experiences with the Brain Sync materials, too.

I wrote an article about multi-tasking and that it leads to difficulty in relaxing. It's at http://www.rubbersole.info

It talks about Infinate Information overload, which is a problem for people working online.

I've been a fan of the Kelly Howell recordings for years. In fact I started buying them on cassette before the CDs were available.

They've always helped me relax and better able to focus.

The Relaxation Company makes brain wave recordings too, you may want to give them a try.

I find that multi-tasking tends to stimulate my creativity - so it's best not to do it before bed :) But the Brain Sync CDs have been working really well for me.

Anthony, I'll have to to try the Relaxation Company ones, too. Thanks.
