Taking the Outsourcing Plunge

September 20, 2006

I've finally decided to take the outsourcing plunge. I've just got so much on my plate these days, and so many things to do - not to mention that I'm heading into the busy season for my offline business.

I've been training an assistant who's been helping me with my offline work, and she's perfect for taking on some of the Internet work, too. I have a meeting with her today, and hopefully I will be able to pass on some of my link-building work and content work to her.

I know that places like Elance are always an option, but in this case, I'm feeling pretty comfortable about passing the work on to someone I know in "regular" life.

It will definitely feel good once I have someone working on these smaller to-do's on my list!
