Joining the $100/Day in 12 Weeks Challenge

Well, I've taken the plunge, and am now a fully participating member of Nadev's $100/day in 12 weeks challenge.
I really hesitated with this, because while it looks like a lot of fun and motivation, my gameplan is to get my sites up now so they'll be ready by Christmas. Ideally, I'd like to get 15 sites up, and while I'm just concentrating on getting the bare bones up right now so I can spend my time gradually adding more content, still, it's been a lot of work laying down the ground work and I am not even at the launch stage for any of them yet.
But I just couldn't resist. I only decided last night and I'm still not sure exactly what niches I'll target for the Challenge. Here's what I'm thinking so far: pick two niches. Build one niche with SEO WB and one niche with Wordpress. The Wordpress site will be built around an Adsense-oriented revenue generation model, while the SEO WB site will use both Adsense and affiliate commissions.
Well, whatever happens, I know it will be fun. And really, that's the name of the game in my books. (Okay, making money doesn't hurt either.)
