Finally! ... and a Sense of Urgency

Things are finally starting to come together on this end. Over the weekend I stumbled on a handful of great niches.
I've got lots of deadlines this week but somehow in between all the work I managed to shuffle over to Wordtracker to check things out and get together some keyword lists, and then last night I ran them through Keyword Results Analyzer.
(I've been finding I use Wordtracker and Keyword Results Analyzer a lot. They are two of the three programs I use nearly every day - the third one is Keyword Locator. I will be writing thumbs-up reviews of all three software/services soon - well, it's on my to-do list, anyway.)
I even managed to figure out how I'm going to develop the sites. And the good news is that after this week, work starts to ease off a bit and I will have more time to devote to building my sites.
But the funny thing is, now that I've stumbled onto these niches, I'm feeling this incredible sense of urgency. Like I'd better get my sites up and running before the opportunity is lost and someone else does it. On the other hand, these are not "easy" niches. I can't just "throw up a site". I have to research the areas and find out how to get my content.
I guess it's a good dilemma to be in. At least I now have a clearer sense of direction!
